Thomas Torf, Chief Executive Officer

Thomas has more than 20 years of successful management experience in global sales, professional services, research and development, marketing, and field operations in the high tech industry.

Prior to Spinner he was at Covigna, a pioneer in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) automation, where he served as Vice President, Professional Services & Strategic Development. Mr. Torf was also the Vice President of Sales and Professional Services for TAZZ™ Networks, a security policy management company. Just prior to his tenure at TAZZ™ Networks, Mr. Torf was at PlaceWare, a leading Web conferencing and collaboration services company, where he successfully managed the company's worldwide Sales and Services organization. PlaceWare was later acquired by Microsoft®.

During his distinguished career, Mr. Torf has also held numerous management positions at Unisys, Sybase, Borland, and Cap Gemini/debis.

David H. Bishop, Jr., Vice President of US Sales

As VP of US Sales for Spinner Network Systems, Dave manages all US sales opportunities and channel partners. With over 30 years of successful sales experience in software and services companies, he has sold to large technology companies such as HP and IBM, as well as banks and other financial institutions.

Prior to working for Spinner, Mr Bishop was Vice President of Channel Sales for Convenos and has held postions in sales, business development and marketing throughout his extensive career.

He is a 1971 graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. degree in communications.
