Roger Steve Clary

Mr. Clary has been the owner, Chairman and CEO of Clary Development Corporation, located in Little Rock, Arkansas, and an investor in a variety of businesses. He has been involved in the ownership, development, leasing, management, and/or syndication of a broad variety of real estate properties having an aggregate value in excess of $700 million.

Previously, Mr. Clary worked with the Ernst & Whinney accounting firm in Memphis, Tennessee, and with the Arthur Young & Company accounting firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he provided audit, tax, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services to investment banking firms and real estate syndication firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holding a license in the State of Arkansas, and is a member of both the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves on the board of directors for a number of companies.

In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Central Arkansas Christian School and Harding University. Mr. Clary is a 1974 graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, where he received a BA in Accounting.

James Guy Tucker

Mr. Tucker has been a founder, investor, board member and operator of companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Tucker is a private investor. He holds an A.B. degree in government from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Since 1982, Mr. Tucker has been a founder, investor, and operator of cable television companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. From 1978 until 1991, Mr. Tucker practiced law in the 50-member law firm of Mitchell, Williams, Selig and Tucker in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has held numerous board and leadership positions in operating companies, as well as in charitable organizations. Mr. Tucker was a founder of AcrossAsia MultiMedia Ltd. ("AAM"), listed on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM"). AAM owns Kabelvision, a company providing high-speed Internet access and Indonesia's largest cable television company. AAM also controls Matahari Department stores, the largest privately owned department store chain in Indonesia with annual sales of over $500 million. Mr. Tucker has also served in various elected public offices, including service as a Member of the United States Congress and Governor of Arkansas.
